We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the event or gallery functionality of EventShare, we are more than happy to provide you with a full refund. Please see below for exceptions.
Time Limit: We can only process refund requests submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Ziping the gallery past event date: Once your event has passed and you have zipped your gallery to download it, we consider the event as used by you. Thus, your order will not be eligible for a refund. You can test all functionality in a free or paid event before your event date.
To apply for a refund, kindly email us at [email protected]. When contacting us about a refund, please include the email address you used when placing your order.
Please note, once a refund is successfully processed, all existing events along with their photos and videos will be deleted.
